Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by RSC San Juan Capistrano Roofs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our roofing services in San Juan Capistrano, CA and surrounding areas.

Our Services

RSC San Juan Capistrano Roofs provides professional roofing services including repair, replacement, installation, inspection, and maintenance for both residential and commercial properties. All services are subject to availability and scheduling.

We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel any contract if we determine that the work cannot be safely completed or if there are concerns about payment or property access.

Estimates and Quotes

All estimates and quotes provided are based on the information available at the time of inspection. Final pricing may vary if additional work is discovered during the project. We will notify you of any changes before proceeding with additional work.

Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be subject to change based on material costs and availability.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. We typically require a deposit before starting work, with the balance due upon completion. We accept various forms of payment including cash, check, and major credit cards.

Late payments may be subject to additional fees. If payment is not received within the agreed timeframe, we reserve the right to place a lien on the property in accordance with California law.

Warranties

We stand behind our work with warranties on both labor and materials. Specific warranty terms will be provided in your service agreement and vary depending on the type of service and materials used.

Manufacturer warranties on materials are separate from our labor warranty. We will assist you with any manufacturer warranty claims as needed.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule your service appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations made with less notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

We may need to reschedule due to weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you as soon as possible if this occurs.

Property Access and Safety

You agree to provide safe and clear access to the work area. This includes removing vehicles, outdoor furniture, and other obstacles that may interfere with our work. You are responsible for securing pets during our visit.

We will take reasonable precautions to protect your property during work, but we are not responsible for damage to landscaping, sprinkler systems, or other property features that are not clearly marked or disclosed.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services.

We maintain appropriate insurance coverage for our business operations. Claims must be made in writing within 30 days of service completion.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will first be addressed through good faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Orange County, California.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
